Protobuf 3 under proto/sylphx/commerce/v1 is the semantic SSOT. No handwritten public JSON schema, no predecessor Ledger or Consumer surface.

Money is an explicit currency and integer minor units. Prices are immutable versions. Trust is append-only facts and a balanced journal, not a dashboard.
